I would do a history of the United States kind of thing. Lots of great music and interpretive dance. Lots of actors, lights and graphics. There would be several segments divided by commercial breaks. The first would examine American political history. A couple war re-enactments would be cool. Also touch on tragedies like Pearl Harbor and 9/11 and things like slavery and the Civil Rights Movement. The next segment would highlight American innovation. It would end with an American arts segment. Film, Literature, Dance and Music over the ages. I would want Beyoncé and Britney to finish it since they are today's icons.
All this through dancing and music, once again.
There is much more to American culture than poor diet, unhealthiness and lack of exercise.
