Well, it had an iTunes banner, a video premiere close to when the single was released, the hype of a new release from a hugely anticipated comeback after like a decade, promotion to Gaga's 26 million twitter followers, the Teen Choice Awards performance (after which it fell on iTunes, so it seems promo isn't helping). I'm asking because if it only peaked at no.5 on iTunes with all that, what is going to make it chart higher in the rest of it's run (especially since it looks like radio is done supporting it)? The Jimmy Kimmel performance? I'm just responding to these predictions from fans:
