Lana stays winning, more sceptics converted, chart success
"Glorious triumph", "glacial, imperious performer", "strong vocals", "idyllic" and "raw"...were just part of critics vocabulary while they were reviewing Del Rey's recent festival appearances and concerts in L.A., UK, Spain (and the rest of Europe).

Carly has much room to improve, but Lana is just blatantly a bad performer. So Carly...

At least Carly is putting effort into her performing. Lana just comes across rather cold and distant like she doesn't bother trying, not to mention her inconsistent singing (her vocals have far too often been shaky).
Lana continues her hot streak during her 1st Australian tour, another sceptic converted

Despite that performance on Saturday Night Live, critics have been slowly warming to the young songstress. Still being sceptical of her talents, I had braced myself for a performance that critics would attack like hyenas on a struggling baby zebra, but also allowed myself to be immersed in the performance.
Any fears of vocal quality were quickly snuffed out as her operatic quality high notes as well as her sultry low notes were hit with clarity and purpose.
Her hauntingly beautiful voice sparkled with the freedom that her choice of on-stage instruments allowed.
The highlight of the set saw Del Rey’s voice soar with effortless ease during Million Dollar Man, as falsetto notes were hit without a hint of breaking.
Having sold out two shows at the Palace, it’s clear that much of Melbourne have been converted long before I was. Splendid.
her album will be no where to find throughout the second quarter of 2012 .

Del Rey's debut album, "Born To Die" still shows no signs of slowing down. In it's 23rd week on charts, album has sold almost 70k, bringing its total to over 2,3 million.

Summertime Sadness storms German charts
8. (15) Summertime Sadness - Lana Del Rey
This week Summertime becomes Del Rey's 2nd Top 10 hit in Germany, first after "Video Games".
What an amazing thread so proud of her! She isn't slowing down anytime soon! I hope she could break through in the US one day. If not this era the next.. But BTD is so flawless. It would be a shame
The haters still saying she is a bad live performer
Lana slaying live and on CD
And great thread Sammi show them the real receipts
Also Summertime Sadness is at #9 on German Itunes
Just saw her album being #1 at the most used record store line in Norway + #3 on the charts (Behind Frank + Bieber, and they are in their 1st + 5th week, Lana is in her 23rd)
Lana is doing really great! She's not really mainstream + gets a little airplay (at least just a little in my country) so it's great seeing her do well
National Anthem is starting to grow in the UK too. A-List on BBC Radio 1 (they're playing like crazy) and slowly climbing on iTunes. It shall chart quite soon.
