Vanessa Hudgens, carrying a guitar, is helped by her beau and The Carrie Diaries hottie Austin Butler to load her baggage into a limousine that would then take her to LAX Airport, from which the starlet flew to Texas, to join the preproduction from Robert Rodriguez's upcoming "Machete Kills".
"Machete Kills" is an upcoming action exploitation film, which is currently to be directed by Robert Rodriguez. It is a sequel to both the 2010 film, Machete, the fake trailer and a spin-off of Grindhouse. The script has been written by Rodriguez and the film will star Danny Trejo, Jessica Alba and Michelle Rodriguez all reprising their roles from the first film and newcomers to the series, like Hudgens, Sofía Vergara, Mel Gibson, Demián Bichir, Alexa Vega, Zoe Saldana, Amber Heard and Charlie Sheen.
The second film in the Machete trilogy finds Machete mourning the loss of his beloved Sartana, slain during a run in with the cartels. Machete is recruited by the President of the United States for a mission which would be impossible for any mortal man. Machete must battle his way through Mexico to take down a cartel leader, Mendez the Madman, who threatens to fire a missile on the US. Machete foils Mendez's plot only to find that the missiles are remote wired to and triggered by the madman’s still beating heart. The only man who can disarm the missile is eccentric billionaire arms dealer, Luther Voz, who has hatched a plan of his own to spread war across the planet with a weapon in space. Machete takes on Voz and his army in order to dismantle his master plan for global anarchy.
Is also interesting to see the former teen singer carrying a guitar, after she declared earlier this year that a third album could be definitedly be expected, and that it would "wild" and inspired by the likes of artist that play on the festivals she loves like Coachella.
