I'll say Mariah could be the best judge because she posseses highest amount of knowledge and experience,followed by Christina.Idk about ratings though.And ratings depend on various other factors too,not just their star-power.

LOL. You underestimate Mariah's starpower. She will pull ratings to be honest I think far better than Xtina or same/almost same level with Britney. This isnt 2007 where Britney is the most controversial where in she's been always a hot item.
