Today, Rihanna was confirmed as one of the headliners at iHeart Music Festival, which will be held on September 22nd.
Now, rumors start swirling that the barbadian popstar will actually take the stage to premier the first single of her upcoming album (the seventh in as many years).
I actually think it could be true, what's the point of bieng in iHeart if she has nothing to promote?
I see this happening though. She is not performing at such a large event like iHeart if she doesn't have a new single to perform. WHYB will be long dead by then, and I doubt anything from TTT will be performed.
Forgive me. I thought the title of your thread was "Rihanna to Perform new single at IHeart?" Not "Rihanna confirmed to be performing at IHeart Radio Festival."
If this is true, Rihanna & her label are so stupid. Did they not realise that Talk That Talk and most of it's singles underperformed because Rihanna has been consistently rammed down the general public's throat for 7 consecutive years? Give them a chance to miss her, if she's constantly present everyone is going to (and they're already starting to) get bored of her.
