Shakira CAN sing,but her voice is often annoying.She's a great dancer too,but she's quite repititive in her videos and performances and I don't think she's a versatile dancer.And I'm not a huge fan of her music. Beyonce is a more talented and better singer,great dancer + performer and is superior music wise.She's also better looking imo.
