Does anybody else watch
Today? I don't watch it as much as I used to (I mainly only watch the fourth hour these days
), but this isn't very shocking. I remember being surprised when they let Ann replace Meredith, as Ann always seemed to me like a perfect second fiddle to the main hosts. I think they felt bad that she had been on the show all those years without a promotion, so they let her have the main spot. Obviously, it's not working out because Ann is so awkward and cringe-worthy most of the time.
They want to find a new co-host before the Summer Olympics start at the end of July. It's looking like Savannah Guthrie is the favorite to take over. It's funny because I had a feeling she would be a future co-host when she joined last year. She's climbed the ladder so fast from being an MSNBC co-host to
Today co-host!
