Green Day and Coldplay are the two of the most mainstream and pop-inclined rock bands in the industry today. Which do you think have bigger impact? Which one will be remembered more in the future? Which one delivers better rock music?

I think Green Day is more authentic and more artistic when it comes to music. I don't really like the same sound of Coldplay that they use after 10 years in the industry. It's like they never grow or explored. Plus Green Day is really amazing live meanwhile Coldplay sucks live as I've seen in American Idol and MTV EMA.

Coldplay is not a consistent band and hasn't one "American Idiot" in career.

Coldplay has great music, but Green Day is a staple band in punk rock.

I don't understand the bandwagon for Coldplay tho. Like most of my friends in facebook liked Coldplay more than Green Day. I mean, they must be stupid or something right?

I like both bands, so it was really hard to choose.

Coldplay still has a lot to prove. But if they deliver another 'Rush' or probably a very different album then I'd give my vote to them.
