I'm rooting for him. He deserves a career. I still remember his audition like it was yesterday.

Five stations premiered it tonight after positive polls! His voice sound so good on the song! His swagga on the song is also to die for!

I have a feeling this song is going to be a big hit for Chris. Radio stations are playing it already and I wouldn't be suprised to see a few adds before the official dates.

According to HDD, It's going for adds on HAC also. HDD as usual, has the wrong date for TOP40 though.

Great song. I'm a little concerned for him since "Young Homie" underperformed, but I hope he can pull a Karmin and get this second single smash.

I think it can smash! This is going to both TOP 40 and HAC so it's possible. Many stations didn't give "YOUNG HOMIE" a chance for whatever reason but it did pretty goo. Out of the 155 top 40 monitored stations, only 88 played it and the big guns didn't even touch it. Probably because of the title? lol!
There were also almost 30 stations he toured who raved about the song but never played or added it. I hope they play this one. They have no reason to.

Despite the scorn, it's never been out of the TOp 200 on itunes since it's release.

Question, did Young Homie ever chart on Billboard?

No I think the highest it got was # 101 Which is #1 under 100. I think the label did a poor job on getting the big stations on board. The small market stations who added it gave it good spins but we all know that's not enough to get a hit.

They needed to get Z100 on board. Example is Cher Llyod's song. It never cracked the top 100 on itunes upon release till Z100 added it and started playing it. It's #57 on itunes as we speak.

Chris hasn't taken a rest since he got off X FACTOR. He's visited almost every damn radio station. I lost track of the number of SPRING/SUMMER RADIO CONCERTS he's done so far, and he has more lined up! He deserves to have a hit!
Come on, EPIC! Send him to Z100 on the 6/26 and debut the song on air there! Uggh!

If EPIC mess up with this one too, I'll be pissed! If they were able to get Z100 to add Cher's song, which I think is annoying, they should get them to play "TROUBLE".

No boo wub hit 100 and stayed there for days when it was first released on iTunes. Now z100 added it and is back on top 100.

This is a snippet of one of the songs (ROCKIN WITH YOU) going to be on the album. He's been performing it at the summer radio concerts but the videos are so crappy. I love this snippet the best because you hear all the beats in the song if you listen with your headphones, though it's just the rap/singing part.

I can imagine how awesome the studio version will be! Can't wait!
