^^ They're not condoms, on the packet at the bottom it says 'COTY', they're the manufacturer's of the fragrance. I think it's like a 're-fill' pack that you can buy once the perfume runs out instead of buying a whole new bottle?
I think you're supposed to put the liquid into the bottle yourself and then when the perfume runs out, you'd buy more 'black fluid' instead of buying another whole perfume?
