The unnamed man spent 28 years driving a truck, meaning he was far more exposed to the sun's rays coming through the window on the left of his vehicle as he drove.

It's not like it happens in one summer.

Most sun damage that will affect you over your entire lifetime happens when you are young. So that one summers effects probably will stay with you for life.

I wear so much sunscreen to protect my fair Irish-Scandinavian complexion.
