Discussion: Wait, Ryan Gosling is an amazing Musician too?

So this band Dead Man's Bones came on XM U this morning, and I instantly fell for their sound. Unbeknownst to me at the time, Ryan Gosling is one of the two members of this band! Wait, what? Yeah, that Ryan Gosling. They released their only album so far in 2009, so I know I'm late to the party, but what the actual ****? How is he so good at everything?

I need answers. Or his secrets.

What do you make of this? Have you heard this before or are you just hearing about Dead Man's Bones like I am?
