But that performance was a mess vocal wise.

When she tried to hit that note

The dancing was good though.

I love Kat to pieces but this performance was a hot mess and didn't do the song any justice at all.
She was doing way too many things with her voice. One minute her voice was deep as hell and the next it was all Paris Hilton baby like

I'll cut her some slack since it was her first televised performance. She must've been extremely nervous.

Her vocals were ok, its just her tone is very odd. Flawless performance nonetheless.
