Such a Flop Thread

I want to be a producer, I'm learning Pro Tools right now. I'm at school for music industry and music recording. I write lyrics sometimes, but I'd prefer to work with someone else's songwriting talent and expand on it.

I write and make mixes. I started writing again last week. I didn't have the time to write during school, but I needed a break and new inspiration anyway. It's paid off because now the words are just pouring out of me.

Where are you from?
I'm learning Ableton right now, have you created some beats already? Lemme hear it!!!!

I've written a couple hundred songs since I started writing a few years ago. Most of them are average at best.

I sing, sometimes I randomly come up with bits of melodies and lyricz. I usually just record them on my phone so i wount forget any of them. I havent written any full lengths songs. I find it difficult, specially to write a catchy pop song. I just have random melodies, lyrics that i hope will be full lengths songs one day.
Im more of a singer and performer. Performing live is my all time goal.

Start with a simple melody on a guitar or piano.

I write what I'd hope to be songs.
