Stop. I don't think Carrie was shading Kelly. I think they probably ran into each other at a gym there. There's no reason Carrie would say that out of the blue other than that except for Kelly's weight loss and that's still a weird thing to say if you didn't see each other at the gym.

I think without Kelly's response, it was hard to tell what Carrie meant. The odds of them running into each other at a gym are admittedly kind of low. I never thought Carrie would actually mean something offensive by that statement.
