Is body hair undesirable?
I always like my men to have at least some body hair and especially chest hair. It turns me on a little.
What is your preference?

Only body Hair I am particularly fond of (besides a normal amount of arm, leg, and armpit hair) is a happy trail. Pubes need to be at least trimmed and no super hairy chests or stomachs.

It depends, but typically at least the normal amount of hair can be hot.
Guys that smooth everything down besides their head hair, though...
