Discussion: Do people look at you when someone mention your fave?

For example, when your teacher or someone mentions your fave in front of class, do people turn around and look at you? Happens to me all the time.

People think of me whenever something is related to marina or Lana Del Rey. A few of my friends have told me that their teachers mentioned Lana Del Rey in class before. People mentioning Marina is more of a rare occasion though lol.

I've recently been more verbal about my love for K-Pop. If something Korean is mention, it doesn't even have to be K-Pop, but if something Korean related is mentioned, people look at me as if I was Korean.

It seems like it'd take a lot for everyone to know me as the "Rihanna fan." I will say, now that I think about it, that a lot of people know I love Childish Gambino. Quite a few people know him at my school, which makes me happy inside.

No, it's just that whenever people ask me who I'm listening to, it's Gaga or Madonna, since they've dominated a combined 40% of my cumulative plays just this year. And when we get to choose subjects for projects I often choose something relating to Gaga.
