What are some of you all's musical/artistic pet peeves? Simple. Also open-ended. You can list things from the artists, fans or industry itself. As long as it's music related.
For example...
Artist - I detest how urban artists somehow assume crossing over aka going POP is "growing & maturing". It's no shade to POP music but most urban music (especially R&B) has much more substance than the usual POP song.
Fans - "Bandwagon-ing" is the most nerve racking thing for me. I hate entering a thread and seeing the first 2 or 3 pages having the same exact comments. It's as if folks troll the thread to find the most popular opinion and then co-sign it. I've completely disowned Nicki Minaj shortly after her last era. Yet the amount of hate she gets on this site has tempted me to pull receipts and read hoes for college credits.
Industry - ....I dislike the fact that how a particular genre reigns supreme for about a decade before falling off while the remaining genre's either wither away or compromise itself to compete successfully. Rock (80's), R&B (90's), Hip-Hop/Rap (00's) Pop (Now..)
