The scene was a far cry from Leona’s glamorous stints at star-studded red carpet events.
But it makes a refreshing change to see such an image-conscious celebrity ignoring popular dietary trends in favour of indulging her calorific cravings.
Leona Lewis is also an animal rights activists and "loves her horses".
The singer hasn’t ventured out much of late – she last hit the social scene in March at Wretch 32’s birthday party.
