212 has been a big hit in my country already. I agree it's very catchy, and has dance influences, which gives it more crossover appeal.
B.o.B has a lot of very mainstream sounding songs on his album, so maybe one of them could.
Also, another thing worth noting is that now that Billboard include the On-Demand chart in the Hot 100, it boosts basically all the hip hop (and alternative) songs up the chart.
I still think it's very unlikely to happen though. It's weird to see a hip hop song even in the top 10 on iTunes these days.
