Omg! I can definitely talk about Reggeaton, cause the majority of those artist come from my country. That was SO popular in like 9 years ago. I personally HATED IT! lmao. It was so BIG! 2002-2007 was when it was at its peak. Daddy Yankee with "Gasolina", "Rompe", kinda started the genre and it kept going. It was also Don Omar who calls himself as the king of reggeaton (which he isn't lol) also made a huge impact on the genre with "Vuelve" a reggeaton classic, and "Dale Don Dale". "Wisin y Yandel were the most popular reggeaton group with hits like "Sexy Movimiento". Rakm y Ken Y were the most famous Romantic Reguetonero group. There were also wannabes trying to match their success like Zion y Lenox, Arcangel, Divino, Miguelito, Hector el bambino, and other annoying reguetoneros. But the best one is CALLE 13! They have the most Latin Grammys and thats for a reason. "Atreve-te-te" was amazing! "Se vale to to", "El Tango Del pecado" and "Latinoamerica" are great. Reggeaton Is something from the past and I hope it NEVER comes back! except for Calle 13 haha :P
