Neither of them necessairly relie on collaborations. Rap artists seem to LOVE Rihanna to sing hooks tho, and her collaborations are undoubtably better. Also Rih has more so I'm going with her.

Honestly, I don't think the question should be who relies on collabs more but who's collaborations were more successful...Almost all of Rihanna's collaborations were mega hits WW. She does them not cuz she relies on them but because the music is so great and her voice works so well with many artists.
