Just disable gifs for all ukmix members instead of killing the whole atmosphere of ATRL ?!

Is it a known thing that the UKMIX users have cheap computers? Why is that? How is it possible for them to all have crappy computers?

That's the only explanation I have when it comes down to shrinking the gifs and making the server more appropriate for them
