I could see her getting the bruise from crowd surfing at Coachella but the scratch on her breast makes no sense.
What if something is actually happening to her behind the scenes?

I'm sure its nothing. If its actually from something she'd make more of an effort to cover it up. She could cover both easily if she wanted to.

The scratch is probably from one of her cats. Bruises from crowd surfing. No need to overreact.

Katy used to get bruises all the time from crowd surfing. Since she was with Rihanna last week doing the same thing I assume it's from crowd surfing.
