This has always puzzled me. Beyonce is the only one she's repeatedly praised. She posed in a few pictures with Katy Perry but that's about it. The best thing she's said about Rihanna is that she's a big star. She doesn't seem to know Ke$ha even exists. Why is that?

Well she praises Britney a lot too.

I think she's not that into Pop music. She just makes it.

Why would she? It's not like Katy or Rihanna are singing her praises on a routine basis.

I mainly meant popstars that have become famous within the last 5-8 years. Britney has been big since the last '90s.

They all praised her because they were already here when she became huge, in all interviews they were asked about her and what they thought about her, meanwhile in her interviews they just talk about her influences and Madonna. It's normal, I'm sure she'd say something if they asked her about them, it's not like they say their name from nothing, it's just that in TF/TFM era everyone was getting asked about her.

Why would she praise people like katy or rihanna anyway?

She praised Taylor Swift. I think she'd rather make her own history in music rather that sit in interview chairs and praise every new pop bitch that steps out of Dr Luke's recording studio.

I think Rihanna said a few good things about her back in 2010, at least. I'm not sure, though.

She said Britney is the queen of pop, and that is all that needs to be said so.

Madonna isn't really her contemporary, considering that she's been around almost as long as our faves have been alive.
