New Witnesses come forward in Chris Brown's defense

The State Attorneys Office continues to investigate an incident which allegedly involved R&B superstar Chris Brown, and new witnesses may come forward in the case.
In mid-February, Brown hosted an All-Star Weekend party at the Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach. Christal Spann, 24, also attended the party and told police she and her friends followed Brown and rapper Tyga as they exited the club through a side door.
The men hopped into a black Bentley. Spann said she walked up to the car to take a picture of Brown with her iPhone. In a TMZ video, one of Spann's friends recounted what happened next. "He snatched her phone out of her hand and said, 'B****, you're not going to put this up on the website,'" she said. According to the SAO, witnesses for the defense have come forward who may support Brown's side of the story, and the Miami Beach Police Department needs to speak with them. "The defense attorney has provided us with information that may exist with other witnesses, so at this point, our juncture is to now get with these other witnesses," said Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle.
"We've met with the police detectives and asked them to please meet with these witnesses. Some are out of state." "One of our duties is to collect all the information from all the witnesses," Fernandez Rundle continued."Ultimately, what you need is a complete picture. You need the truth to make an honest assessment of what charges should be brought, if any." The State wants the police to speak with the witnesses before they do; once authorities get statements from the new witnesses, they will decide whether or not Brown will face charges.

When this case is all said and done, I hope Chris sue these false accusers for defamation of character.
