I let out the biggest gasp when I found out earlier. It saddens me deeply to see people defeated by their demons, drug addiction is always a everyday battle and I was hoping she would be able to defeat her addiction. I feel so bad for her daughter Bobbi Kristina. I couldn't imagine losing a parent at such a young age like that. Her music and legacy will continue to live on for many years to come. It's crazy how some of the most talented and gifted stars seem to be the most troubled, from Elvis, Amy Winehouse, Michael, Whitney. Just sad.
I'm in deep disbelief right now. Still cannot accept that this is true.

I feel so... so strange right now. I've never been a huge Whitney fan. I know her hits, but I haven't ever listened to a full album before, nor have I ever had the desire too. And yet, this news is hitting me harder than any other celebrity death I've ever heard about, including MJ. Maybe it's because she too has been a huge media icon, whether you followed her music or not. I don't know... I'm just really confused right now, but more importantly, I'm completely saddened. I can't remember the last time I was this dolent, tbh.
