Do you guys give up your seat to seniors, pregnant ladies, people with disabilities when you're on the subway/bus?
And have you ever had a bad experience with it?
No, because even though my city (it's in the Lower Mainland of BC) has a GREAT bus system, there is rarely anyone using them aside from HS'ers like myself.
I usually sit on the back of the bus, because I don't want to give up my seat
But last time on the bus, it was moderately filled, but still visible seats. This senior walks all the way to the damn back and asks for MY damn seat. I didn't want to look like a bitch so I gave her my seat.
I always wondered: yes, it is courtesy for us to give us our seats for seniors, people with disabilities, but...
What if you were lining up for a movie you've been anticipating for, stood there for hours, and you finally get let in and you find alright seats in the centre row. You sit in the corner. An obese man comes up and asks if he could sit there, only because he has a problem, and he cannot walk scattering around trying to find seats. I know this is a hypothetical question, but would you guys give up your seat then?
If i'm in a good mood I give it to old people or adults. Wether I'm in a bad or good mood I give to people who have babies or have some disability. I do hate old people that spend their ENTIRE day back and forth on the bus cause they don't pay then go complain cause we are occupying seats and we are young, bitch most of us go to school or work, we are tired.

Yea I would. I would be a bit upset but it's not like I would want that person to feel embarrassed or something. But I'm sure if someone had an issue like that, they would arrive earlier.
