First of all Bey/Jay are already worth over a billion. Jay is holding about 600 million himself with all his business's and his basketball team. Beyonce is worth well over 500 million herself, so I'm sure she's not slobbing over this offer if true.

She doesnt have the time to do this.

I think it really depends. She recently became a mother and I think she would spend more time with her own child than soon this. Secondly, beyonce has earned more than enough for herself already. I'm pretty sure if she do x factor in the end, it may be because she want to coach the contestants.
