Katherine recently told E! News that she wants to return to Grey’s Anatomy and has asked to come back to the show.
“I’ve told them I want to,” she said, adding, “Being a showrunner and being a writer of a TV series like that is so complicated that I mean she’s got how many characters are there now? There’s a lot and so she’s balancing about 40 different storylines, so I don’t know if it fits in to their sort of vision for this season or next or however many seasons it goes.”

I hope not. I love the show but it's better without her, she shaded the **** out of the writers and got on a lot of people's bad side with her remarks. She can stick to her mediocre films that do semi well in the box office.
She should have always stayed. She could have still fit in films here and there.
There's no room for Izzie's character now. I would like her to come back to the show as well, but there's not enough room or screen time. Kepner needed to be shot in the head last season finale just like that other girl.

I'm all for Izzie coming back but I'm so many seasons behind that I have no idea whether or not it would make sense for her to come back. She annoyed me in seasons 5/6 so if she does she has to go back to pre-cancer Izzie.
She sure as hell wouldn't be begging for her old job had her career in films taken off like she wanted to.
I hope they don't take her back. She should've thought about what would happen if things didn't work out as a movie star before she let success get to her head.
I used to be such a huge fan of GA. I still am, of the first 5 seasons anyway. I would start watching the show again if Katherine does come back to the show.
I miss Izzie and George. For me, Mer, Cristina, Alex and those two made the show.
