Model Lauren Scruggs FIRST PHOTO Since Horrific Plane Accident
For the first time since accidentally walking into a spinning plane propeller last month, model Lauren Scruggs was pictured in seemingly good spirits as she left a Dallas hospital with her parents on Tuesday.
The 23-year-old lost her left eye and left hand in the horrific Dec. 3rd accident and has been undergoing extensive rehab.
According to a federal report just released, the pilot of the plane claims he attempted to warn Scruggs about the propeller and guide her to safety. When he thought she was out of harm's way he returned to his seat, only to then hear someone scream, "Stop, Stop."
So sad Such a pretty girl. For the people who are out of the loop:

The pilot of the plane that severely injured Lauren Scruggs said he tried to warn her before she walked into the propeller, costing the model her left hand and her left eye.
Curt Richmond revealed to air safety officials that he put his arm up and yelled at the 23-year-old as she tried to walk in front of the plane December 3 at Aero County Airport in McKinney, Texas.
Mr Richmond, who has not spoken publicly about the accident, said the plane's engine was still running and he told the young woman to walk behind the plane and out of harm's way.
now THIS is a freak accident. It sounded like something from a final destination film, she doesn't look as bad as I thought she would look. It could've been worse. Like she could of went into the fan head first.......head off. nice she survived.
