She usually does it on tour (because performing it daily in such a high-key can lead to vocal problems) but for promotional performances, she usually leaves them as is. This has been the only lowered performance if the song so far.
Already Gone was a different situation. She changed it because she didn't want it to sound like "Halo", not because it was too high.
