Top 10 Most Pirated Movies in 2011:
1) "Fast Five" - 9.3 million downloads
2) "The Hangover Part II" - 8.8 million downloads
3) "Thor" - 8.3 million downloads
4) "Source Code" - 7.9 million downloads
5) "I Am Number Four" - 7.7 million downloads
6)"Sucker Punch" - 7.2 million downloads
7) "127 Hours" - 6.9 million
8) "Rango" - 6.5 million downloads
9) "The King's Speech" - 6.3 million downloads
10) "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" - 6 million downloads

Although "Fast Five" topped the list this year, its number of downloads was way below last year's most-pirated film, "Avatar", which was accessed illegally for more than 16 million times. The average number of downloads for the entire top 10 list is also lower than that of last year.

*******Freak reasoned the decrease happened because of the "increase in legal alternatives" and "alternative piracy sources" including cyberlockers and streaming sites. It further noted that the number of active Bit******* users isn't decreasing, which could mean that the downloads may simply be spread out over more titles
