This has been all over the place for like, the past two months. SOPA is ridiculously flawed, and they better work on a compromise if they are going to pass it.
To be honest I'm more concerned about the National Defense Authorization Act, though. The fact that citizens could be indefinitely detained is an unnecessary infringement on our clearly stated rights.
