Monday and Friday:
Bench press, squats, and barbell curls
Wednesday:
Incline Bench Press, and Hang Cleans, various tricep workouts etc
But I haven't worked out at all this week cause of finals and won't be able to for another month cause of break. But I gotta get that Greek god body for the summer.
Mine is real simple. Well, ive been on tour everyday for like tha past 7 years. Im 22 now,so since i was 16 i been on tour. And when i say on tour,i mean i dance. Literally,everyday i spend a good hour or 2 listening to KNOCKS,lacin up tha choreography and my boom kacks until i start sweating up a storm.
I also jog around tha college like 3x a week. Usually on tha weekends. I do pushups here and there. But my leaned body comes mostly from my BOOM KACKS. All my friends get mad that i can ea whatever i want and yet still my body *****. Its not my fault im driven and i love hittin them boom kacks,ima dancer at heart so of course my body is gonna be right.
1 hour 20 minutes a day for 4 months (a Semester) per every school year with < minimal effort put into that class.
I naturally have thin legs and arms but I needa tone my stomach. I needa get on working out because I have a feeling my metabolism is gonna catch up to me in a few years. Ugh.
I'm trying to stay lean and not get too buff so I do 1 hour of cardio and 30 minutes of weights.
I do more leg work though and working to get my ass bigger. This is 3 times a week, the other 3 days I dance at the studio.
I dont do like 300 pounds like these freaks at my gym though.
