Im a big Sims fan......ive been thinking about what the Sims 4 will be like, and i have this epic idea of it being with 3d gaming glasses.....you put the glasses on, and you be the sims character....any hand movement you make, your sim will make, any step you walk, your sim will walk......that would be so cool to wear those glassess and actually being the sim..that's the only way i think it will be diffrenet than sims 2 and 3.....cause if they don't go with the 3d glasses route, then it will be just like sims 1, 2 and 3.......

Terrible idea, there would be a large number of people who give up on their normal lives and live in the game.

Plus how would it work without a full body suit?

body suit?...since when do u need a body suit when wearing 3d gaming glasses?

Kinda like some do with ATRL.

and then they'd die in a matter of days because eating sim food isn't the same as eating real food.

This would be too good to be true. Love the idea though!

The next logical step in the Sims gameplay-wise is the elimination of rabbit holes and the unifying of the world so that you can at least visit/move to any neighborhood. I'd bet on those happening before they turn the game into a virtual reality simulation.
