A purchase of a 3.4oz bottle of Meow! or Purr must be made at Nordstrom at The Grove. The first 200 customers to make their purchase and pick up their purchase on Wednesday, December 14, will have the opportunity to meet Katy Perry; as time permits. Customers who pre-order will have first priority.
