The EP's first single, Skipping Stone, is out now for free at AlexzJohnson.com.


The music video will be released on December 3rd, while the EP is out in January.

The only other confirmed track on the 5-song EP is the track Lighthouse.

It's a sort of 90s, soulful, beach feel. Kinda like Arcade Fire, Lissie, etc. with hints of Florence + The Machine and Foster The People.

Such a gorgeous song. I love Alexz sooooo much. Its been on repeat all night.

I'm glad her music style is changing, after a while I think her fans, as well as Alexz herself, noticed how much of a train wreck Voodoo / Reloaded were. This is kind of going back to the mentality and maturity of the Weight album in a way.
