I Know this is one of the sickests things nowadays, and I want you to share your opinions about it

Have you ever been related to a case of child abuse? What's worse: physical or sexual abuse? Is it common where you live?

it's definitely a horrible thing though. some poor kids end up really messed up because of some pervs.


that said, some teens are really up for it. when i was like 14-15 i was dying for someone to "take" me. didn't happen until 17 though.

I feel sorry for everyone in those situations. The kids: Scarred for life. The abusers: the things that happened to them in their life that would provoke them to abuse a child.

Saddening.

My friend's friend has a dad that's pretty abusive. I heard that she got home one day, and the dad just punched her in the face for no reason.

I can't say much about sexual abuse on children (and anyone for that matter) except that it sickens me.

Physical and mental abuse can shattered a child and it takes years to glue the pieces back together. Throw some bullying in the mix and you have one ****ed up kid. I speak from personal experience. My dad didn't like me too much. He favored my brother. Kids can sense damaged kids.

As for what's worse, I'd definteky have to say sexual abuse. You can recover from physical/mental abuse, but sexual abuse seems, at least to me, like you'll never completely heal. I guess you never completely heal when either's inflicted on you, but sexual abuse seems a lot more severe to me.

How can you really ask whether physical or sexual abuse is the worst? I mean,

I just want you to talk and discuss about it, cos' I have to write an article for my psycology class about it, and I'd like to hear some toughts of you, more than "it's horrible... sick people" or interesting information you could tell

Anyways, child abuse is a bad thing. I feel bad for anyone who was/is being abused.

All forms of child abuse are horrible, but sexual definitely has to be the worst.

You can recover from physical abuse, but sexual abuse sticks with a person for a long time, alot of times permanently, and it leads to major problems for life later on. Those people have an extremely hard time being intimate, understandably.

But obviously all forms of child abuse are wrong.

I knew a girl on my school, who was being raped every night by her father. She suddenly commited suicide I don't know if it was on the news, but it was a big controversy in my town.
