If you're a music exec, and Darkchild comes to you and thinks you can do a better job recording and releasing a track with his beat than Britney Spears, it says more about Britney than Carishma.

Carishma has publicly said it reused HATLM knowingly. There is no copying, its called sampling.

And people are acting as if HATLM is Britney's own song. It's not. She sings 2/3 of the verses and half the bridge. That's it.

Darkchild requested Britney stopped performing He About To Lose Me on tour. He did not want it on Femme Fatale. That's why he went public about it being unfinished, and only half sung by Britney.

Darkchild has every reason to be pissed at Britney. He spent months working on rock/synth tracks for her during 2010, for her to scrap the entire album for Dr Luke.

Glow In The Dark is played for 3 minutes multiple times throughout the day on MTV. That's probably why he's happy with Carishma having it, especially as she has appeal in the affluent Desi market.

Lies. Darkchild has spoke in articles about how he specifically produced the songs with a lot of raw vocals to get feeling for the songs. He would never have submitted it in the first place if it was "unfinished".

As for the direction of the album that has been discussed many times before. Britney wanted rock/raw material, Jive wanted dance, and in the end Britney did what Jive wanted.
