Have you ever heard of political patronage? It's our biggest problem here since the Peronistas took the power (more than 50 years ago). She'll try to reform the constitution to allow her to run again in 2015.

And De La Rua collapsed after 10 years of a Peronistic President (Menem) who cracked our economy with the awful convertibility (1 Arg Peso = 1 Dollar. Can you believe?). De La Rua was the type of the iceberg, i'm not justifying him... he was a mess. But we can't just blame him only.
