And before anyone asks, no, this is not a US debut. It's just an English version of their Korean single so that international fans can understand it.
The song was composed by Teddy Riley and the English version was written by him as well.

Out of Teddy RIley's K-Pop songs, Dr. Feel Good is still the best one (which isn't saying much...)
I think after this he needs to stay away from the Korean music industry lol.
