Lady Gaga tried to seduce Tony Bennett with nudity?
Quote:
Lady Gaga gave collaborator Tony Bennett quite a shock by getting naked in front of him.
Gaga obviously doesn't have a problem stripping down since there are nude photos of her floating around all over the internet, but it's safe to say that Tony wasn't quite as comfortable seeing her in the buff while he was collaborating with her on the song "Lady is a Tramp" for his 'Duets II' album.
So did Mama Monster disrobe in front of the legendary singer because she was trying to seduce him? This scenario might not surprise anyone based on some of Gaga's past eccentric behavior, but she wasn't trying to bed a man old enough to be her grandfather.
Instead Lady Gaga was proving just what a hard worker she is by squeezing a photo shoot in with their recording session. She took a quick break from working on "The Lady is a Tramp" with Tony Bennett to take some Vanity Fair photos with famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, and she didn't even leave the studio where she and Tony were working.
Lady Gaga recently talked about the shoot during an interview with Jonathan Ross (where she was accompanied by a ram named Kevin), and she had this to say: "I just shot a spread for Vanity Fair in America and Annie Leibovitz shot me and she wanted me to be naked of course... I was in Tony's studio and I walked in and she was like: 'I want you to be naked,' so I took my robe off and lay down and poor Tony was standing there looking at me like: 'Oh this effing girl'."
Gaga also said that she didn't understand why photographers always want to get her naked when she's known for her clothes. However, it's pretty obvious that they ask since she doesn't have a problem stripping down (sex sells, after all), and they probably also want to showcase the stripped-down version of Gaga that the world rarely gets to see.
During the interview Gaga refused to talk about her love life, but said that she is "happy" (she's rumored to be dating her "You and I" costar Taylor Kinney). She also said that she loves it when guys and gals are unafraid to approach her to ask for a date, and she watched some of the show's staff roast pieces of a knockoff of her infamous meat dress.
