Like-
- her personality. namely her optimism, honesty, and the fact that she doesn't act as though she's invincible; also the way that this all translates into music.
- her involvement in the creative process, from writing to recording to producing to releasing a well put together album.
- her loyalty and dedication to her fans, her band, her friends, and pretty much everyone who supports her.
Dislike-
- her music videos always start out good at the beginning of each era, and tend to become increasingly unimpressive until the start of the next era, when the cycle begins again.
- the fact that she's only ever worked with one producer in her entire career; although this is really working for her, I wouldn't mind seeing her work with other producers on a few tracks.
- her single choices don't typically represent her albums very well, leaving the general public with the mistaken belief that all of her songs about love, boys and fairytales when that's not truly the case.
