Exactly, but what can you do? I've never been a fan of the legal system. It's rather sad.
I really don't want to call racism but if this had been a white person then he wouldn't have been denied a relay (hell, he probably wouldn't be on death row....).

RIP. if capitol punishment is being used, the evidence has to leave not a trace of doubt in anyone's mind that the person is guilty. The fact that 7 of the 9 'witnesses' who said he did it 20 years ago all came up front and said they retract their statements and other than those people, there was literally ZERO evidence, this is beyond horrible. For me at least. the systems working effectively, that's why
