I remember at one point, JoJo's self-titled debut album wasn't on iTunes for a while (it is now). I also remember Jay-Z's "American Gangster" wasn't on iTunes for a while too (it was there for the release + a while after release but then I remember it not being available after a friend pointed it out to me. It's on there now though).

But I've been waiting for Destiny's Child "Survivor" album to go on there, since I deleted the song "Survivor" cause I was tired of the LQ illegal copy I had, for what seems like years. Yet all of their other albums are on there - ****, even their Christmas album is on there.

So I'm just wondering why this happens?

The labels/artists haven't given Apple the clearance or rights to sell the albums.

You should email the label and they will probably fix it.

Jay-Z pulled American Gangster himself. He didnt want people picking and chosing tracks to buy. He said it was like his soundtrack to the movie and he wanted people to hear it in it's entirety. Therefore if you had preordered the album via iTunes you got it. If not you had to buy a physical copy... until now.
