Why wasn't I notified about this mix by B's Army in the weekly newsletter?

It's better than the original. The chorus is even adjusted to let her main vocals
remain in the foreground and her higher-pitched vocals be layered in the background.

I haven't thought a remixed Britney record was better than the
original since the remix of "Me Against The Music" by Kanye West.
