We know that pop singers are considering to dominate the spanish market and gain popularity over here. Jennifer Lopez was the first releasing with her ex-husband Marc Anthony the track "No Me Ames" which was nominated to the Latin Grammy Best Pop Duo or group with vocal performance, 8 years later she released her first spanish album "Como Ama Una Mujer". Christina Aguilera was next over a decade ago releasing "Mi Reflejo" which she won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album and was nominated to the Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album. In 2003 the next was canadian pop artist Nelly Furtado collaborating with colombian artist Juanes in the track "Fotografia" and 7 years later she released her first spanish album "Mi Plan" which garnered the Latin Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album by a Female. And the last one was Beyoncé releasing in 2007 an extended play called "Irremplazable" in which she sings her hits from B'Day also she got a nomination for "Bello Embustero" with Shakira for Record of the Year in the Latin Grammy Awards.
I love Bey in Irreemplazable & Si Yo Fuera Un Chico...
I'm mad we didn't get the finished Spanish versions of Ring the Alarm and Deja Vu. And IASF was supposed to be recorded in Spanish, but it never happened.
I would say Christina, but I'm not a native speaker so I can't really hear the exact stuff. But I am majoring in Spanish and pretty advanced with it though so that's what I'll base it on.
