RihannaForums just tweeted that she will change the scenario and she will debut new songs from her upcoming album/EP/rerelase for the shows in Brazil.....

The way she's debuting them is interesting, too. It could be beneficial in the end, considering the fact that everybody will get to hear what they're going to end up buying before it's released. It could build up the hype and whatnot.
So her label must have expected "Cheers" to flop since they have to release a new single sometime in September. Maybe they'll wait till October. I'm assuming the rerelease will be released around black friday week or early December.
